Northern Ireland has two new ballroom dancing champions. Russell and Claire Johnson, representing NI Dancesport, have officially claimed 1st place in the prestigious Dance Promoter’s Association (DPA) National League for Adult Beginners Ballroom dancing.

Join us for our Easter Social Dance on Friday 10th April 2026 for a lively mix of Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dancing at Knockbreda Parish Church Hall, Belfast.

Dance students of NI Dancesport have an important date to mark on their calendars. The Spring Medal Tests with the Associated Board of Dance (ABD) will take place on Saturday, 11th April 2026. We offer a valuable opportunity for dancers to showcase their skills, receive formal assessment, and take a significant step forward in their dance journey. To participate, exam entries must be submitted to Adele by Friday, 6th March 2026.
